What shipping methods are available at Regal RCC?
We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please visit our online Return Center or contact our support team with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Regal RCC accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible orders.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as it ships, a second email containing a tracking link will be sent. You can also track your package directly through the 'Order History' section of your account.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Regal RCC products come with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Do you offer international shipping?
